According to the dates currently listed on comingsoon.net, here's what we have to look forward to for next summer. Looks like a decent mix of blockbusters. My #1 "can't wait for"? Terminator Salvation.

None of those movies really have me all that excited. This year we had Indiana Jones and The Dark Knight which were two of the highest aniticipated films of the decade, i wonder if any of these will have the same excitement behind them.
There's just enough for me, but I agree it does seem to pale in comparison to summer '08. I'm curious about the WOLVERINE movie and even though not a big fan I wonder how the STAR TREK revamp will turn out. TRANSFORMERS was borderline good enough that I'll check out the sequel. In a way, delaying HARRY POTTER was critical for the anticipation/box office potential of summer '09.
